USDA Partnership Showcase

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming annual showcase that is all things grants! Interested in getting grants? Preparing applications for grants? Knowing which grants are out there? This event is for you!

The morning session will feature a Tribal organization that has utilized federal funding to fuel their growth and further their mission. This will be followed by a landscape architect who will go over site design planning, all the thoughts and considerations in making a site design, and how you can utilize a site design when developing competitive applications. The UoA Cooperative Extension will speak on the work Tribal Agents are doing throughout Arizona, followed by a talk by a grant professional who will cover how to create competitive grant applications and what you need when preparing a program.

The afternoon session will be an opportunity for YOU to connect with USDA officials! We will have representatives from various USDA agencies who will participate in an interactive round table, followed by a Q+A session. This is the chance for you to learn about what USDA is doing in Tribal communities and how they work with local organizations and agricultural producers. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get the answers you need directly from USDA professionals.

This event is completely free and open to anyone that is part of a Tribal nation or an organization that works with Tribal communities. We encourage you to come and see how federal resources can be put to work in your own community!

Lunch is included, and space is limited so please register as soon as you can. You may email Madison at madison.prester@aatechsolar.com or call 520-877-2697 to be added to the RSVP list.
